Whether you're a solo artist or a band performing Rock, Metal, Pop, Jazz or Country, Canales Music Management Group works to support emerging artists and National Artists by providing services, and guidance for artists to grow. We work to assist our artists through our networks, and relationships to expand our clients knowledge of the music industry.  Our goals is simple; create close relationships, provide networking opportunities to provide a path to quality work as we all shoot for longevity in the industry.  Our goal is to navigate your artistry to provide the best outcome for your career.   

Mr. Robbie Rodriguez is CEO of Trinity Cymbals; and the leadership of Trinity's parent company Canales Music Management Group, LLC.

Robert Rodriguez ' duties have included corporate claims management, workers compensation, claims training and management, and new hires training. He's been tasked with harm and mitigation controls, risk analysis and assessments for organizations. He has performed education & training management for corporate, and Independent firms while providing solutions to further empower staff and managers.

Mr. Rodriguez has been training personnel for over 20 years. His instructional background began during his military service with the United States Marine Corps with H & S Company on Quantico, VA. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Germanna Community College where he taught marketing for small business. Through his collective experiences, Mr. Rodriguez has developed a teaching style which has enabled him to successfully instruct multiple disciplines of an organization, ranging from front-line to management level personnel.

Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelors in Applied Science in Administration of Justice from George Mason University, and an Associates in Applied Science from Northern Virginia Community College. He was in pursuit of a Law Degree from Concord School of Law where he was in his first year known as L1. But eventually walked away from Law School.

In addition, Robbie has been involved in the music industry both as a Drummer and On Air Personality for several radio stations in Virginia which included 93.3 WFLS Virginia's Best Country / Classic Rock 96.9  WWUZ, and The Rock Alternative 99.3 WYSK. Also, he was the Program Director at Blogtalkradio.com on his show The Temple of Rock (RockRadio993). Currently, you can find him as a part timer and voice on Thunder 104.5 WGRX in Fredericksburg, VA.

Robbie had the honor and privilege of working for two music magazines which provided articles, and interviews for national artists such as Tantric, Eye Empire, Shattered Sun, SOIL, and Sevendust as a contributory writer for Shockwave Magazine & Side Stage Magazine. Robbie has been playing drums since he was 16 years old, and took his first drum lessons in the Bronx at Palomba Academy of Music in NY. He was honored to take his first lessons from Latin Drummer and Berklee of Music Alum Bobby Sanabria.

Mr. Rodriguez was first approached by Trinity Cymbals several years ago to represent the brand as an active endorsed artist. He accepted and rode the wave with the rest of its great roster. Eventually, an opportunity presented itself to purchase the company from the prior ownership. Robbie and Lynn decided to move forward to make the dream of ownership a reality. Robbie has also supported several artists on the road throughout the years and continues to play drums today. 

He is currently busy working to grow the brand and introduce new product lines. It takes a great team to make things happen. We try to find the best people to partner with to help us navigate this journey.

Mrs. Lynn Edwards, Chief Operations Officer at Trinity Cymbals / Canales Music Management Group, LLC.

Prior to Canales Music Management Group, Lynn Ann Edwards, list of accomplishments in business stems from excellence and a strong work ethic.  Lynn has been a successful entrepreneur, and motivational manager. Born in Long Island, NY Lynn grew up with music on every corner.  Now Lynn uses her love of music to inspire and assist her clients. We help musicians with branding, create noticeable websites, and social media campaigns to make our artists with prolific presentations. 

Lynn has a vast background in business and we are fortunate to tap into her entrepreneurial acumen. Her laser focus in navigating the behind the scenes construction of critical forward facing departments provides the growth and strength for the operational tempo of the company. She handles multiple roles within the company by overseeing IT, Inventory, and processing for both companies. 

What you see is what she creates, her direct reports are our merchandising manager, and all vendors associated with our presence. In addition, efforts compliment our CEO with logistical, and Itinerary functions for major shows and appearances across local, regional, and national events which include: Trinity Live Events.

Lynn brings a vast knowledge of human resource, accounting, and management skill sets to her office. We are always looking for great opportunities and she is on top of our research to ensure we are on target.
